WHERE I WORK
Based in Paris, working wherever the business is. Staffing and live experience is a small world, and I've built and run teams in the UK, France, Germany, Austria and Portugal. I'm on the road whenever the work needs it: the UK and Ireland, Germany, Spain, Portugal, the US and beyond. On site when it matters, remote when it doesn't.

I left France at 22.
I came back with everything I'd built elsewhere.
I started in London with no network and no plan, staffing the London 2012 Olympics. I built my career from the floor up across events and staffing, founded my own businesses, and learnt what it takes to build in markets that weren't mine.
Then I came home and did it again. France from zero to over €20M in under three years, a 70-person team, and Paris 2024. Germany restructured and back to profit. I've grown markets and I've closed them when the numbers said so.
Today I take on a small number of agencies at a time, wherever they're based. Entrepreneur at heart, I'm always building something of my own alongside.
